What platform is used for online lessons?

What device does the student need?
A laptop or tablet with a working microphone and stable internet is normally the most practical setup. A stylus can help with equations and diagrams but is not essential. Confirm any platform-specific requirements before the lesson.
Does the camera need to stay on?
The exact lesson setup should be agreed with the tutor and family. What matters educationally is that the tutor can hear the student, see the relevant working and check that the student is applying the method independently.
How are calculations and diagrams taught online?
