This policy covers IGCSEPhysics.com.my, its tutoring enquiries and the personal information used to arrange and provide online tuition. It is a practical description of current handling practices and should not be read as legal advice.

Information you choose to send

The website has no user accounts and no public contact form. When you contact the service through WhatsApp at +60172197185, the service receives the information included in that conversation. This may include a parent or guardian’s name and contact number, the student’s name, school or private-candidate status, year group, examination session, current result, Core or Extended route, availability and examples of schoolwork.

Please do not send medical, financial, identity-document or other sensitive information unless it is genuinely necessary and the reason for providing it has been discussed. A parent or guardian should normally handle enquiries involving a minor.

How enquiry and student information is used

Information may be used to understand the enquiry, assign a tutor, confirm pricing and scheduling, arrange the paid trial, prepare lessons, communicate about the tutoring service and respond to requests about the information held.
