Labuan students are not limited to tutors who are physically available on the island. The fully online service provides live one-to-one Cambridge IGCSE Physics 0625 tuition for Year 10, Year 11 and private candidates.
What online teaching makes visible
The tutor and student work on a shared whiteboard. This allows calculations to be checked line by line and supports circuits, ray diagrams, graphs and practical-planning questions. The tutor can ask the student to attempt a second question so that independent understanding is tested.
There is no physical Labuan office and no school affiliation is implied. A laptop or tablet, microphone, stable connection and downloaded lesson material are normally sufficient. A backup connection is useful where available.
Year 10 students can build foundations before full papers dominate revision. Year 11 students can use mocks and timed components to set priorities. Private candidates can use lessons for structure and feedback while confirming formal entry details with their centre.
Pricing
The rate is RM80 to RM90 per hour. Regular lessons last 1.5 hours and cost RM120 to RM135. Every student starts with a paid one-hour trial at the assigned tutor’s rate, with no package required afterwards.
Use the trial to test active participation
Online access expands the choice of tutor, but the student still needs to participate rather than watch another explanation. Bring a calculation, graph or written response and ask the student to share the working live. After the correction, the tutor should use a fresh question to check whether the method transfers. This gives the family evidence about the format before a weekly routine is arranged.
