What is IGCSE Physics demand like around Kulim?
Kulim is a town in southern Kedah, home to the Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
Students around Kulim study Cambridge IGCSE in international and private schools across Kedah, or sit it as private candidates.
What is the wider Kedah picture?
Kedah, the northern 'rice bowl' state centred on Alor Setar and Sungai Petani, has fewer local IGCSE specialists than the Klang Valley. Online tutoring gives its students direct access to experienced Cambridge Physics teaching. Kulim is one of 10 places in Kedah where tutors on our bench can be based.
Why tutor online from Kulim?
Teaching from home in Kedah lets you fit lessons around school hours, family and your own study. When a family enquires, we look at their child’s marked work and pick the tutor whose strengths fit it.
Where do students near Kulim sit the exam?
British Council runs Cambridge IGCSE examinations in Penang, and several Cambridge schools in the northern states also enter candidates. If you tutor private candidates, knowing this helps you plan their Paper 1 or 3, Paper 2 or 4, and Paper 5 or 6 preparation.
What will you teach?
Expect to teach whatever the student brought: a school test, a past-paper question, a topic that will not click. You diagnose first, teach second, then watch them try a fresh question alone. The full syllabus is mapped in our topic library.
We also recruit from towns close to Kulim, such as Yan, Alor Setar, Baling, Gurun and Jitra.
