What is IGCSE Physics demand like around Penang?
Penang spans the island city of George Town and mainland Seberang Perai, a long-standing hub for international and Cambridge schooling in the north. Online lessons remove the bridge commute and fit around busy school calendars.
Penang has 14 towns and cities on our coverage map, including Air Itam, Balik Pulau, Batu Maung and Bayan Lepas, and families across the Northern region follow Cambridge syllabuses in international and private schools or as private candidates.
Why tutor online from Penang?
Working from Penang means no commute between homes. A 1.5-hour lesson takes 1.5 hours of your day, not three. We would rather send you two students who fit than five who do not. Fit is what keeps families, and tutors, for the long run.
Where do students near Penang sit the exam?
British Council runs Cambridge IGCSE examinations in Penang, and several Cambridge schools in the northern states also enter candidates. If you tutor private candidates, knowing this helps you plan their Paper 1 or 3, Paper 2 or 4, and Paper 5 or 6 preparation.
What will you teach?
Lessons cover the full 0625 syllabus, from motion and forces to space physics. The real work is method: rearranging before substituting, units, significant figures and six-mark answers. The full syllabus is mapped in our topic library.
Tutors near Penang are equally welcome from Air Itam, Balik Pulau, Batu Maung, Bayan Lepas and Bukit Mertajam.
