What is IGCSE Physics demand like around Perak?
Perak, with Ipoh as its capital, covers a wide northern region from Taiping to Batu Gajah where specialist Physics tutors are not always nearby. Fully online lessons close that gap with the same tutors used across the country.
Perak has 12 towns and cities on our coverage map, including Batu Gajah, Gopeng, Ipoh and Kampar, and families across the Northern region follow Cambridge syllabuses in international and private schools or as private candidates.
Why tutor online from Perak?
Tutors outside the Klang Valley often struggle to find enough IGCSE students nearby. Online, the whole country is your catchment. We match tutors by syllabus strength and availability, not by postcode.
Where do students near Perak sit the exam?
British Council runs Cambridge IGCSE examinations in Penang, and several Cambridge schools in the northern states also enter candidates. If you tutor private candidates, knowing this helps you plan their Paper 1 or 3, Paper 2 or 4, and Paper 5 or 6 preparation.
What will you teach?
Expect to teach whatever the student brought: a school test, a past-paper question, a topic that will not click. You diagnose first, teach second, then watch them try a fresh question alone. The full syllabus is mapped in our topic library.
We also recruit from towns close to Perak, such as Batu Gajah, Gopeng, Ipoh, Kampar and Kuala Kangsar.
